A cleaning company run the way your business is run. Everything agreed in writing, every visit on record, and a named person accountable for the result.

The people who clean your site are ours, paid at least the Real London Living Wage, and the same team looks after your building week after week.

The free Site Audit

We walk your office. You keep the report.

The goal is an office you never have to think about. A senior member of our team walks yours against our written cleaning standard and shows you how close it is.

Four a month, each one done in person, so that is the limit.

Who comes
Someone senior from the team that runs our sites, never a salesperson. They walk your office against the same written standard our teams clean to.
How long
About 45 minutes, at a time that suits you: early morning, during the day or after hours. Someone just needs to let them in.
What you get
A photo report by 9am the next working day. It shows what is working, what is not, and what a written specification for your office would include.
What it costs
Nothing. The report is yours to keep, whether or not you use us.
What will it cost?

A price range in a few taps.

No phone call and no visit. Your fixed monthly price is confirmed in writing within two working days of a free Site Audit.

The work before the work

Around your working day.

Early mornings, through the day or after hours, whenever suits your office. It is ready when your team arrives, and washrooms, kitchens and consumables stay right while they work.

Who we are

Built in London, by a family from Loja.

Edgar spent twenty years cleaning other people’s buildings before he cleaned any of his own. Alan runs the day-to-day: scheduling, site packs, and the checks that make a standard hold when nobody is watching. There is no account management layer between you and the people who own the work.

“People notice a clean office the moment they walk in. It changes how they feel, how clearly they think and how well they work. I want the teams in London’s best offices to walk into a space that is ready for them, every single morning.”

Questions

The things people ask first.

Anything else, call 07351 165296 or send us a message.

What is the Site Audit, and what does it cost?
Nothing. It is the site visit we need before writing any proposal, carried out at a time that suits you: early morning, during the day or after hours. We walk it against a written standard and send you a photo report by 9am the next working day. We carry out four a month, for London and Brighton offices. If we are not the right fit for the building, we will tell you.
Which areas do you cover?
London and Brighton. Our current contract accounts are in the West End and the City, and our home cleaning runs across London and along the Brighton coast. If you are just outside, ask, and we will tell you whether we can serve you well.
Are your cleaners employed by you, or agency?
The people who clean your site are ours. We do not use agency labour. It is the single biggest reason the same faces keep turning up, which is what actually makes a standard hold.
Are they DBS checked?
Yes. Every person we send to your site is DBS checked before they attend for the first time.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Workplace agreements are rolling monthly with 30 days’ mutual notice. Home cleaning is 14 days. The agreement is designed so you can leave, which is the point.
How quickly do I get a price?
A written proposal within two working days of the Site Audit or site assessment. Pricing is built from the hours the building actually needs, not a headline rate that grows once we are in. If you want a range first, the price estimator gives you one in three questions.
What happens if something gets missed?
You have one accountable contact, not a call centre. Raise it and it is logged with the time it was raised and the time it was resolved, and it shows up in the record for that site. Sites are also inspected on a schedule and scored against the signed specification, so issues can be found by us before they reach you.
What if your cleaner is off sick?
You are told before a visit is missed, not after. We contact you before the service window with a plan, and we agree with you how the visit is made up.
Will you photograph our office?
Only surfaces. We never photograph screens, documents, whiteboards or anyone’s paperwork, and nothing from your building is published without your written permission.
