We clean offices in London and Brighton, and homes along the Brighton coast and homes along the Brighton coast. We are a small, family-run company, and we hire people we want to keep: paid at least the Real London Living Wage, trained properly, and working close to home.

What every role at Cleanfinity comes with, from the first day.
- At least the Real London Living WageThe independently calculated rate for London, and your pay goes up when it does.
- A written agreementThe hours, the site and the pay, in writing, on or before your first day.
- Uniform and equipment providedYou turn up. Everything you need to do the job is on site.
- Training, recordedAn induction, then COSHH, manual handling and lone working training, signed and kept on file.
- Work close to homeEvery member of our team lives within ten miles of their site. The furthest is 2.9 miles. Measured August 2026.
- Somewhere to goIf you want a career rather than a job, we will talk to you about formal training, including the BICSc route our founder took.
We can teach cleaning. We can’t teach turning up.
We hire on reliability first, attitude second and cleaning skill third. Experience in offices helps, but it is not the first thing we ask about.

From first call to first shift.
We aim for about two weeks. Good people take the first firm offer, so we try not to keep anyone waiting.

The hours, the site, how you would get there, and whether the role suits you.
Meet us on site
At the building you would work in, at roughly the time you would work. You will meet one of the founders.
Checks and contract
Right to work, a basic DBS check, and your written contract, all before you start.
Your first shift
Worked alongside someone from our team, not just shown round. Then it is yours.
