How we are built

Why Cleanfinity works differently

01

Directly employed teams

For contract accounts, our teams are directly employed — no agency rotation and no subcontracted cleaning.

02

Rolling monthly terms

Rolling monthly agreements with 30 days’ mutual notice. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.

03

One accountable contact

Owner-led accountability. One responsive contact for decisions, escalations and issue handling — not a call centre.

04

Planned service continuity

Sickness and holiday cover, clear site plans and visible checks keep the service moving without you having to manage it.

One job, start to finish

What the work actually looks like.

A one-bedroom apartment in Saltdean, Brighton, cleaned at the end of a tenancy in July 2026. Three operatives, roughly four hours. The deposit was returned in full.

Photographed on arrival, before anything is touched. It is the record we work against.

Our own operative, in our own uniform. No agency labour on the job.

Kitchen after end-of-tenancy clean, Saltdean, BrightonFinal condition

Photographed from the same position, so the comparison is honest rather than flattering.

The carpets needed vacuuming, not extraction — so that is what we quoted, and extraction was never added to the price. Read the full Saltdean case →

What will it cost?

Get a price range in three questions.

Tell us what we are cleaning, how often, and what matters most. You get a straight answer about which service model fits and what happens next — no phone call, no visit, and nothing to install.

Get my price range
On pricing, plainly

A range now. The real number after we’ve seen it.

Three questions put you in a band, and that band is honest — it comes from what we actually charge, not from a wishlist. The exact figure follows a free site assessment: a written proposal within 48 hours, costed against a specification you have already read. We would rather give you a range we can stand behind than a number we have to walk back.

Every photograph here is a building we cleaned.

No stock libraries and no borrowed images. If it is on this page our team was in the room, and the client has agreed to it being shown.

Cleanfinity Pulse

You shouldn't have to take cleaning on trust.

Every visit is checked in before the operative leaves: what was completed, against the signed specification, with photographs. Sites are inspected on a schedule and scored against that same document.

How it works

What happens after you call.

Four steps, no salesperson, and nothing to prepare before the first visit.

01

Free site assessment

Forty-five minutes on site with the person who will actually manage your account. We walk the building and agree what needs doing.

02

Written proposal in 48 hours

Scope, frequency, hours and cost, in writing. No verbal quotes that change later, and no charging for work you do not need.

03

Mobilisation

A site pack, a named team and a signed specification. Everyone attending is DBS checked before they set foot in the building.

04

Checked and reported

Every visit is checked in against that specification. Sites are inspected on a schedule and issues are logged with the time raised and the time resolved.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Which areas do you cover?
London and Brighton. Our current contract accounts are in the West End and the City, and our home cleaning runs across London and along the Brighton coast. If you are just outside, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you properly rather than stretch to reach you.
Are your cleaners employed by you, or agency?
On contract accounts, the people who clean your site are directly employed by Cleanfinity. We do not use agency labour and we do not subcontract the cleaning. It is the single biggest reason the same faces keep turning up, which is what actually makes a standard hold.
Are they DBS checked?
Yes. Every person we send to your site is DBS checked before they attend for the first time.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Workplace agreements are rolling monthly with 30 days’ mutual notice. Home cleaning is 14 days. The agreement is designed so you can leave, which is the point.
How quickly do I get a price?
A written proposal within 48 hours of the site assessment. Pricing is built from the hours the building actually needs, not a headline rate that grows once we are in.
What happens if something gets missed?
You have one accountable contact, not a call centre. Raise it and it is logged with the time it was raised and the time it was resolved, and it shows up in the record for that site. Sites are also inspected on a schedule and scored against the signed specification, so most issues are found by us before they are found by you.
