The job
A landlord turnaround in July 2024. Tenants out on the Friday, new tenants in on the Monday, and a three-bedroom house to deep clean and clear in between.
Around eight bags of waste and a mattress removed, the kitchen stripped back, the stair carpet lifted and the interior returned to a lettable standard.
Against the clock
A turnaround is not a deep clean with a deadline attached — the deadline changes the order you do everything in. Anything needing drying time goes first, anything visible from the front door goes last.
Miss the date and the landlord loses a tenancy, not a clean. That is the actual risk being managed, and it is why we agree the handover date before anything else.
