- Your name, and your company name where applicable.

- Email address, telephone number, and the address of the property to be cleaned.
- Financial data
- Billing address and payment information, where applicable.
- Technical data
- IP address, browser type and version, device information, and how you used our website.
We do not collect special category data — such as health, ethnicity, or religious belief — and we ask that you do not send it to us.

- Consent
- Where consent is required, such as optional marketing communications. You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We never have and we have no plans to.
06Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Professional advisers — accountants, insurers and legal advisers
- IT and hosting providers, including our website host, Netlify
- Payment processors
- Regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to
Every third party we use is required to process data in accordance with data protection law.
07Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers, including our website host, may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place — an adequacy regulation, standard contractual clauses, or an equivalent standard of protection.
08How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for contract performance, legal compliance, and tax and accounting obligations.
- Financial records
- Up to six years, in line with UK statutory requirements.
- Client service records
- For the duration of the contract and a reasonable period afterwards.
- Enquiries that do not become jobs
- A reasonable period, then deleted.
09How we keep it safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, and misuse or alteration.
10Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects for you. Our online estimate tool gives an indicative price range from the answers you provide; it is not a decision about you and it is not a quotation.
11Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask us to erase it
- Restrict how we process it
- Object to us processing it
- Ask us to transfer it to you or someone else
- Withdraw consent, where we relied on consent

12Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
