Education & student accommodation

High-use buildings, reset every term.

Private schools, colleges, training centres and student accommodation. Heavy daily use, shared kitchens and washrooms, and a summer window that has to be used properly. All of it planned in writing, by DBS-checked teams.

The free Site Audit: A senior member of our team walks your office in about 45 minutes, at a time that suits you. A photo report by 9am the next working day, free and yours to keep. Four a month.

What gets in the way

The pressures we plan for.

Every sector has its own. These are the ones we write into the specification from the first visit.

  1. 01Continuous footfall and intensive washroom use
  2. 02Shared kitchens and communal spaces in student buildings
  3. 03Intake and end-of-term periods with fixed dates
  4. 04Safeguarding expectations for anyone on site
  5. 05Budgets that have to stretch across the year
How we work

What we do about it.

Agreed in writing at the Site Audit, then checked on every visit.

01

Outside teaching hours

Daily cleaning planned around the timetable, so classrooms and corridors are ready before the day starts.

02

High-use areas more often

Washrooms, shared kitchens, stairwells and touchpoints cleaned at the frequency their use demands.

03

Term-end and intake resets

Deep cleans written into the plan for the summer and term breaks, with the dates agreed in advance.

04

DBS checked, every person

Everyone who attends your site is DBS checked before their first visit, and access arrangements are recorded.

05

One standard across buildings

Each block or building gets its own specification, with one named contact across them.

What will it cost?

A price range in a few taps.

No phone call and no visit. Your fixed monthly price is confirmed in writing within two working days of a free Site Audit.

1How big is the space?

Roughly is fine. Desks are the easiest thing to count.

2How often?

Rough is fine. We confirm it at the Site Audit.

3What matters most?

Answer the questions and your answer appears here: which service fits and, for offices, an indicative range for a building like yours.
