Terms & Conditions

Version: 1.3 | Last reviewed: 24 August 2026

01Scope of services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning and facilities services provided by Cleanfinity Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services are provided in accordance with the agreed quotation, specification or contract. Any change to scope, frequency or requirements must be agreed in writing before it is carried out.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the agreed scope. Cleaning results vary depending on the condition, materials, age and prior treatment of the surfaces and environment.

02Client responsibilities and access

Clients are responsible for providing safe, reasonable and timely access to the premises at the agreed times. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services where access is restricted or site conditions are unsafe.

Clients must tell us about any known hazards, sensitive materials, restricted areas or substances before work begins. We are not liable for damage, delay or limitation of service arising from risks or conditions that were not disclosed.

03Health and safety

Clients must ensure the premises comply with applicable health and safety legislation. We are not liable for delays or omissions caused by unsafe working conditions beyond our reasonable control.

04Payments

Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice or contract. We reserve the right to suspend services where payment is overdue until the account is brought up to date. Late payment provisions apply under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

05Damage and liability

Cleanfinity Limited maintains public liability and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses arising from proven negligence, and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of profit, business interruption or economic loss, unless required by statute.

06Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations may be charged in accordance with agreed terms or reasonable costs incurred.

07Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate services where payment terms are breached, access is restricted, contractual obligations are not met, or site conditions present a risk to health, safety or compliance.

08Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, access restrictions, emergencies or acts of government.

09Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
