The record behind every visit.
Pulse is not software you log into. It is the method we use to record what was done, against what was agreed, on every site we clean.
You shouldn't have to take cleaning on trust.
Every visit is checked in before the operative leaves: what was completed, against the signed specification, with photographs. Sites are inspected on a schedule and scored against that same document.

Four things, on every visit, without anyone being asked.
Pulse is not a dashboard we are selling you. It is the record our own team works to, and the reason a standard survives a change of staff.
Checked in before the operative leaves
Not a signature on a sheet in a cupboard. The visit is checked in against the signed specification, on site, before anyone goes home.
- What was completedAgainst the specification you signed, task by task.
- What was not, and whyA room locked, a desk covered in paperwork, a machine still in use.
- PhotographsTaken on the day, not selected afterwards.
Scored on a schedule, not when convenient
Sites are inspected on a set cycle and scored against the same document the cleaning is done to.
- A number, not an opinionThe score comes from the specification, so it can be compared month to month.
- You get it either wayA report you only receive when it flatters us is not a report.
- The next date is setSo an inspection cannot quietly stop happening.
Time raised, and time resolved
Every issue carries two timestamps. The gap between them is the only honest measure of whether a supplier is responsive.
- RaisedBy you, by an operative, or by an inspection.
- ResolvedLogged when it is actually done, not when it is acknowledged.
- On the recordIt stays in the site history rather than disappearing from an inbox.
Tracked, ordered and reported
Consumables are the thing that quietly fails first and gets noticed last.
- Usage trackedSo reorder points are based on your building, not a guess.
- Ordered before it runs outNobody should discover it on a Friday afternoon.
- ReportedIncluded in the site record, so you can see what you are getting through.
An illustration of what Pulse records. Client log-in is not part of the service at launch — you receive the record, you do not have to operate it.
The photographs are the point.
A written score tells you a number. A dated photograph tells you what the number was describing.

What Pulse is not, yet.
Plenty of cleaning companies describe a client portal they do not have. Here is the honest position on each piece.
QR proof plaque
A plaque in the building linking to the current service record. Specified, not yet installed — Vertice first.
Monthly service report
A dated summary of visits, inspections and issues. First one produced manually in September.
Client access
Not part of the service at launch. When it exists, it will be described here and not before.
