Corporate & professional offices

Office cleaning for firms that are judged on detail.

Law firms, consultancies, financial and professional services. Reception and boardrooms that represent the firm, washrooms nobody wants to chase, and a cleaning contract procurement can actually check.

The free Site Audit: A senior member of our team walks your office in about 45 minutes, at a time that suits you. A photo report by 9am the next working day, free and yours to keep. Four a month.

What gets in the way

The pressures we plan for.

Every sector has its own. These are the ones we write into the specification from the first visit.

  1. 01Reception and boardrooms that are seen by clients every day
  2. 02Hybrid occupancy: quiet Mondays, packed Wednesdays
  3. 03Confidential documents, screens and client files on desks
  4. 04Washrooms and consumables that nobody wants to chase
  5. 05A procurement team that checks every claim in the tender
How we work

What we do about it.

Agreed in writing at the Site Audit, then checked on every visit.

01

A specification for how your floor is used

Frequencies set by occupancy, not a standard package. Busy days get more, quiet days get less, in writing.

02

Front of house first

Reception, boardrooms and client-facing rooms are detailed on every visit, before anything else.

03

Surfaces only

We clean around screens, papers and personal effects, and never photograph them.

04

Daytime cover where it helps

Washrooms, kitchens and consumables kept right through the day, alongside the main clean out of hours.

05

Inspected against the document

Scheduled inspections scored against the signed specification, so drift shows up before you notice it.

What will it cost?

A price range in a few taps.

No phone call and no visit. Your fixed monthly price is confirmed in writing within two working days of a free Site Audit.

1How big is the space?

Roughly is fine. Desks are the easiest thing to count.

2How often?

Rough is fine. We confirm it at the Site Audit.

3What matters most?

Answer the questions and your answer appears here: which service fits and, for offices, an indicative range for a building like yours.

Questions

What clients ask first.

Anything else, call 07351 165296.

How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on occupancy, layout and how the space is used. Most busy offices need a daily clean, with daytime cover for washrooms and kitchens; smaller offices can work well on a lighter schedule. We set the frequency room by room at the Site Audit.
Are your staff DBS-checked?
Yes. Everyone who attends your site is DBS checked before their first visit, and COSHH and manual handling training is recorded for every operative.
Do you clean out of hours or during the day?
Both. Most of the work is done before your team arrives or after they leave, and we can add daytime cover for washrooms, kitchens and consumables.
Can you handle several floors or offices?
Yes. Each floor or site gets its own written specification, with one named contact across all of them.
Do you supply consumables?
We can manage washroom consumables within the contract: tracked, ordered and reported, so nobody in your team is chasing them.
