The clean that won the contract should be the clean you get in month nine.

Cleanfinity cleans workplaces to a written specification, with people we employ, and a record of every visit checked against that document.

VerticeJamf

Two technology companies, two West End buildings, one written standard. London and Brighton.

What usually goes wrong

Three things buyers tell us about their last supplier.

A different face every week

Agency rotation means nobody learns your building. The induction never finishes, because the person being inducted keeps changing.

Standards drift after month three

The clean that won the contract is rarely the clean you get by the third month. Without a written specification there is nothing to drift against.

Nobody accountable when it does

You raise it with an account manager who raises it with a supervisor. Two weeks later you raise it again.

Service framework

Three plans, and a documented route between them.

Active workplaces needing daytime presence

Hygiene Cover

High-touch points, washrooms, kitchens, consumables and presentation standards, maintained while the space is in use.

Standard commercial contracts

Full Cleaning Contract

Scheduled cleaning to a site-specific written specification, with managed staffing, cover and quality checks.

Multi-site or higher-expectation accounts

Workplace Partner

Cleaning, hygiene, consumables, periodic works and visible service reporting through Pulse.

One handover, three photographs

Coleman Street, in the order it happened.

A 1,800 m² floor after a fit-out. Four operatives, two days, 07:00 to 17:00 — roughly eighty operative-hours.

What we did about itExtraction rather than surface shampoo. Construction soil sits in the pile and returns the moment it dries.
Recovered water after carpet extraction, Coleman Street, London
What came out of itThe recovered water — the part a client never sees, and the reason the carpet stayed clean.

The building was handed over on the date it was supposed to be handed over.

Why Cleanfinity

Four things that are structural, not promises.

Directly employed teams

On contract accounts the people who clean your site are employed by us. No agency rotation, and no subcontracted cleaning — which is what makes a consistent team possible at all.

Rolling monthly terms

Rolling monthly agreements with 30 days’ mutual notice. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year you regret.

One accountable contact

Owner-led. One named person for decisions, escalations and issues — the same person who walked your site and wrote your specification.

Planned service continuity

Clear site plans, documented inspections and visible checks, so the standard does not depend on who happens to be on shift.

Mobilisation

Switching supplier, in five steps.

The biggest objection in contract cleaning is not price. It is the fear that changing supplier will be worse than tolerating the current one.

01

Understand the space

A 45-minute walk of your site with the person who will manage the account.

02

Define the written plan

A room-by-room specification, signed by both sides before anyone starts.

03

Brief and mobilise the team

The people who will clean your site are briefed on your site, against your plan.

04

Deliver and quality-check

Every visit checked in against the specification. Inspections scheduled and scored.

05

Review and improve

A regular review against the same document, with issues and resolutions on the record.

Cleanfinity Pulse

You shouldn't have to take cleaning on trust.

Every visit is checked in before the operative leaves: what was completed, against the signed specification, with photographs. Sites are inspected on a schedule and scored against that same document.

Questions

The things buyers ask first.

What notice period am I committing to?
Rolling monthly agreements with 30 days’ mutual notice. There is no long fixed term.
Who owns the consumables?
Depending on the plan, consumables are either managed by us and included, or ordered on your behalf and tracked. Both are set out in writing before we start.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes. Access, alarm and key arrangements are agreed and recorded before the first visit.
What happens if standards slip?
You raise it with one named contact, it is logged with the time it was raised, and the resolution is logged against it. Sites are also inspected on a schedule and scored against the signed specification, so most issues surface before you see them.
How is holiday and sickness cover provided?
By our own team, never an agency worker. If someone is ill or on holiday, their site is covered by a colleague already briefed on your specification, or by one of the people who run the company. If a visit genuinely cannot be covered, you are told before it is due rather than after, and it is rescheduled or credited. We would rather tell you a visit is moving than send a stranger to your building and call it cover.
Periodic works

The part of the contract you never see.

Carpet extraction on a City floor. The middle clip is the recovery tank afterwards — that soil was sitting at the base of the pile, and a surface shampoo would have left most of it there.
