Homes

The same cleaner. Every week. Someone we employ.

Most cleaning agencies send whoever is available. You come home to a different person having been in your house, and you start explaining everything again. We do it the other way round: our cleaners work for us, they are checked before they work for us, and you get the same one.

Who comes to your home

You are letting someone into your house. We think that is the whole decision.

Every cleaner working for Cleanfinity is employed by us. Not an agency worker sent to an address, not a self-employed contractor we pass your details to. We check their right to work and their references before they start, they are trained to our standards, and they are paid properly — which is the actual reason they stay, and the actual reason you get the same person.

If your cleaner is ill or on holiday, we will tell you before the visit, not after it. Cover is either one of us — the people who run the company — or someone we know and have worked with before, briefed on your home first. Never an agency worker sent to an address. And if you would rather skip that week than have someone new in your house, that is completely fine — just say.

Services

Three ways we look after a home.

Weekly or fortnightly

HomeCare Routine

The same cleaner, the same day, working to a written plan for your home. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces — and beds changed if you want them changed.

What a visit includes
One-off deep clean

Home Reset

Inside the appliances, behind the furniture, the limescale, the skirtings, the window frames. For spring cleans, after building work, or before people come to stay.

Also see Move Ready — end of tenancy and moving day

End of tenancy

Move Ready

The move-out clean that has to pass an inventory check, not a glance. Oven stripped down, limescale off the fittings, inside the appliances, and the surfaces a clerk photographs first.

Managed Living — consumables kept stocked and periodic jobs scheduled — is available on HomeCare Routine by arrangement.

What we actually do

Written down, so you don’t have to keep asking.

Before your first clean we agree a plan for your home, room by room. It is written down, you have a copy, and your cleaner works from it. If you want something added, changed or left alone — the study untouched, the good pans by hand, the dog’s bed done weekly — it goes in the plan and it stays there.

Anything not on the plan, we ask before we touch.

Most of what people ask for is in the middle column, and the answer is almost always yes — tell us at the start and it goes into your plan permanently, so you never have to ask twice. The only reason it is not in the first column is that we would rather quote you honestly for the time it takes than quietly drop something else to fit it in.

Access

Most people are at work when we come.

That is normal, and it is the part worth being precise about.

Keys

If you give us a key it is labelled with a reference, never your address, and held securely. You can ask for it back at any time and we will return it at the next visit or sooner if you would rather.

Alarms

We will take a code if you want us to, and it is recorded the same way. Change it whenever you like — just tell us before the visit.

Being there

Plenty of clients are home while we clean. Plenty are not. Neither makes any difference to how the visit runs.

Ending it

Rolling monthly terms, 14 days’ notice. If you stop, we return your key at the last visit.

Getting started

Three steps, and nothing to prepare.

01

Tell us about your home

Rough size, how often, anything that matters. Two minutes online, or call us.

02

We agree the plan and the price

Written down, fixed monthly, no hourly surprises.

03

You meet your cleaner

Same person from then on.

Rolling monthly terms. No joining fee, no minimum term, no cancellation charge.

Products

Your home, your surfaces, your household.

We bring our own products and equipment. If you have children, pets, allergies, stone worktops, wood floors or anything else that needs a particular approach, tell us at the start and it goes into the plan. If you would rather we used your products, we will use yours.

Everything we use is listed for you, with its safety data, if you ever want to see it.

One job, start to finish

A one-bedroom flat in Saltdean, in July.

Booked by the tenant rather than the landlord, which matters: a tenant paying for their own move-out clean is protecting a deposit, and the only outcome that counts is the inventory check. Three of us, about four hours.

How we found itPhotographed before anything is touched. It is the record we work against, and the one you would want if there were ever a dispute.

Who did itOur own operative, in our own uniform. Nobody is sent to your address by an agency.

How we left itSame position, same frame. The deposit came back in full, with no deductions.

The carpets needed vacuuming, not extraction — so that is what we quoted, and extraction was never added to the price.

What a home clean actually looks like.

Filmed on a real job, not staged. Gloves, a spray bottle and the order things have to happen in — bathrooms before floors, so nothing gets walked back in.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

How much does it cost?
A fixed monthly price based on your home and how often we come, not an hourly rate that grows. Get a price in two minutes.
Do I get the same cleaner?
Yes. That is the point of employing them ourselves.
What if I need to cancel a visit?
As much notice as you can give us. More than 48 hours and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours we do charge for the visit, because your cleaner is paid for that slot whether or not we come — they are employed by us, not sent by an agency. Tell us as soon as you know and we will move the visit rather than charge for it wherever we can.
Am I tied in?
No. Rolling monthly terms with 14 days’ notice, the same both ways.
What happens if something is broken?
We tell you the same day. We carry public liability insurance and the certificate is available on request.
What about holidays?
Tell us and we pause. We do not charge for visits that do not happen.
Should I tip?
Not expected. Our cleaners are employed and paid properly. Always welcome, never assumed.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Greater London and Brighton & Hove, including Croydon, the City, the West End and the surrounding boroughs. If you are just outside, ask — we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
