An office worth the commute.

Cleaning for London technology companies, built around how tech offices are actually used: busy kitchens, back-to-back meeting rooms and breakout floors that take real wear. Our own team, a signed specification, and nothing left near your data.

How tech offices are used

The rooms people notice first.

A technology office is used hard, by a lot of people, often on the same few days. The specification starts with the rooms that take the most wear.

Office kitchen after cleaning, Great Portland Street
Kitchens

The room the whole office is judged by

Written into the specification with its own frequency and checked in on every visit. Green cloths only, and they never leave the kitchen.

Meeting rooms after cleaning, Chandos Street
Meeting rooms

Ready for whoever walks in first

Client calls, interviews and board meetings, often back to back. Whatever is on the walls and screens stays private.

Desk bank after cleaning, Great Portland Street
Desks

Clean the surface, leave the work

Desk surfaces cleaned around your equipment. Screens, documents and personal effects are never photographed.

Consumables

The busy days never run short

Washroom hygiene, restocking and consumables tracked, ordered and reported, so nobody in your team is chasing them.

Floors

Extracted, not shampooed

Breakout carpets take the wear. Extraction and rotary cleaning lift what a surface shampoo leaves behind.

Office terrace seating after cleaning, Moorgate
Terraces

Cleaned, not replaced

Outdoor seating and hard surfaces washed back into use rather than written off.

For your operations and IT teams

The questions procurement asks, answered.

Technology companies run vendor checks properly. We would rather you had the answers before the first call than chased them after it.

Questions

What tech teams ask first.

What is the Site Audit?
The site visit we need before writing any proposal, carried out at a time that suits you: early morning, during the day or after hours. We walk it against a written standard and send you a photo report by 9am the next working day. It is free, and you keep the report whether or not you work with us.
Our procurement team needs paperwork first. Can you send it?
Yes. Ask for the compliance pack: our policies, insurance certificates, risk assessments and method statements, and our DBS position, emailed the same working day. Twelve of our policies are also published in full on this site.
Will your team photograph our office?
Only surfaces. We never photograph screens, documents, whiteboards or anyone’s paperwork, and nothing from your building is published without your written permission.
Are the people who clean our office yours?
Yes. The people who clean your site are ours, and we do not use agency labour. Everyone attending site is DBS checked before their first visit, and everyone who works on our sites is paid at least the Real London Living Wage.
Which parts of London do you cover?
Our current contracts are in the West End, and we have done one-off work across the City. If you are elsewhere in London, ask, and we will tell you whether we can serve you well.
How long is the contract?
Rolling monthly, with 30 days’ mutual notice. No lock-in and no joining fee.
